Is it safe on my surfaces?
Safe on sealed tile, grout, glass, chrome, stainless steel, ceramic and most sealed hard surfaces. Avoid unsealed wood, delicate stone and anything heat-sensitive. Test a small area first if you're unsure.
How long does it take to heat up?
Typically around 45 seconds. In colder rooms or from a full cold fill it can take up to 3 minutes. Either way you fill it, press the button and it's ready before you've finished clearing the shelf.
How long does the steam last per fill?
7 to 10 minutes of continuous steam per fill — enough for a full shower screen, the tracks and the taps in one go. Refilling takes seconds.
Do I need special cleaning solution?
No. Just tap water. There's nothing to buy again and nothing to mix. If you're in a hard water area, distilled water will extend the life of the unit.
Is it heavy to hold?
